SMS Opt-In

Arborist Intelligence provides tracked phone numbers to tree-care businesses. When a homeowner calls or texts a tracked number, the message is forwarded to the arborist who owns that number. When the arborist replies, the reply is relayed back to the homeowner.

Messages sent to the arborist are inquiries initiated by homeowners. Arborist Intelligence does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

SMS consent is collected at checkout from the arborist, using the optional checkbox shown below. The checkbox is unchecked by default, is separate from acceptance of the Service Agreement and Terms of Service, and is never required to create an account or purchase the service.

Message frequency varies with homeowner inquiries. Message and data rates may apply.
