Arborist Intelligence, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a Dallas, Texas-based lead generation company serving arborists and tree-care businesses throughout the United States. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect personal and business information provided to us by arborists, tree-care businesses, and visitors to our website (collectively, “you”).
This Policy applies to information collected through our website at www.arborist-intelligence.com (the “Site”), our client portal, and through direct communications including phone calls, emails, and text messages. By using our Site or enrolling in our services, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.
This Policy does not apply to homeowners or consumers who may receive direct-mail marketing materials produced by Company on behalf of our clients. Those individuals do not interact directly with Arborist Intelligence and are not subject to this Policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
We collect information you provide when you sign up for our services, complete our online enrollment form, contact us by phone, or communicate with us by email or text. This information may include:

- Business name and legal entity type
- Business address and service area information
- Business telephone number and email address
- Payment information (processed securely through Stripe — see Section 4)
- Geographic service area selections and lead volume preferences
- Branding materials such as logos and business identity assets
- Any other information you voluntarily provide during onboarding or support interactions
2.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you visit our Site or use our client portal, we may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

- To process payments and issue invoices through Stripe
- To communicate with you about your account, leads, billing, and service updates
- To operate, maintain, and improve our platform and tracking systems
- To produce and distribute direct-mail marketing materials on your behalf
- To resolve disputes, investigate fraud, and enforce our agreements

We do not use your information for any purpose materially different from those listed above without your consent or as required by law.
4. Payment Processing
All payment information is processed by Stripe, Inc., a third-party payment processor. Arborist Intelligence does not store, transmit, or have direct access to your full payment card numbers or bank account details. Stripe’s collection and use of your payment data is governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy, available at https://stripe.com/privacy.
By enrolling in our services and authorizing Autopay, you agree to Stripe’s terms and authorize Company to initiate charges through Stripe in accordance with your Service Agreement.
5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Site may use cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience and support Site functionality. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website.
We may use the following types of cookies:
- Essential cookies: Required for basic Site functionality and portal access.
- Analytics cookies: Used to understand how visitors use our Site so we can improve it. We may use Google Analytics or similar tools for this purpose.
- Preference cookies: Used to remember your settings and preferences.
You may disable cookies through your browser settings; however, doing so may affect your ability to use certain features of the Site or client portal. We do not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or a portion of Company assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with legal obligations. Upon written request, we will delete or anonymize your personal information within a reasonable time, subject to any legal or operational requirements that require us to retain certain records.

We implement commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. Payment data is handled exclusively through Stripe, which maintains PCI-DSS compliance.
No data transmission over the internet or electronic storage system is completely secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Texas Residents — Your Privacy Rights
If you are a Texas resident, you may have certain rights under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act (TDPSA), including the right to:
- Know what personal data we have collected about you
- Request a copy of your personal data
- Correct inaccurate personal data
- Request deletion of your personal data, subject to certain exceptions
- Opt out of the sale of your personal data (we do not sell personal data)

Our services are intended exclusively for licensed business operators. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly.
